PROJECT UPDATES
Road Closures for Construction
The construction of infrastructure being installed within the roadway, and the installation of the residential sewer laterals - connections, have been completed. The roads will now be prepared for repaving, see the road closures for paving below.
Construction of Sewer Lift Stations
Work on the lift stations located at 1415 E Monopoly Loop, 1845 E Monopoly Loop, 1398 E Allegrie Dr, and 877 N Currier Pt will be ongoing over the next couple of months and should be completed by early January. Electrical service connections and the remaining construction of the lift station sites has begun.
Road Closures for Paving
There will be road closures on N. Lafayette Way, E. Henniker Court, E. Allegrie Drive, E. Littleton Court, N. Berlin Point and N. Bennington Terrace for road preparation and paving. The closures will be between 11/1/2024 through 11/21/2024. Residents living within the closure will have access to their property, as well as emergency personnel, deliveries, and garbage pickup.

Board of Directors of Cambridge Greens of Citrus Hills POA Inc. and their Association Management firm to email notifications of Association meetings, minutes or other correspondence in lieu of receiving them by regular mail. Your email address will not be used for any other purpose than those listed in the previous sentence. I also understand that Annual owner meetings and Special Meetings requiring membership voting or establishing a quorum will NOT be sent via E Mail but via regular or certified mail as prescribed by law.
Revitalization of Covenants
UPDATES 11-15-2024
The Florida Department of Commerce l (Commerce) has completed its review of the Proposed Revived Declaration of Protective Covenants and Restrictions (Declaration of Covenants) and other governing documents for the Cambridge Greens of Citrus Hills Property Owners Association, Inc. (Association), and has determined that the documents comply with the requirements of Chapter 720, Part Ill, Florida Statutes. Therefore, the proposed revitalization of the Association's Declaration of Covenants is approved.
